Limited Craftsmanship Warranty

We take pride in our products and strive to manufacture them to the highest possible standards.

InEarz Audio warrants the original consumer for parts and labor as follows:

Repairs will be provided at no charge under the terms of this warranty and can be obtained by bringing the instrument to the nearest InEarz Audio Specialist, or by mailing it directly to InEarz Audio securely packaged and insured. This warranty is void when damage incurred is beyond InEarz Audio’s reasonable control (i.e., exposure to water or heat, stepped on or crushed, dog bites, negligence, physical abuse, accidental damage, etc.). Repeated wax related repairs are not due to manufacturing defects and may be considered out of warranty due to customer neglect.

All Service and/or replacement is at our discretion.

UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE: WARRANTY IS VOID IF SERVICE IS PERFORMED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN INEARZ AUDIO.

Any implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration and expire at the termination date of this written warranty, including the purchase of any extended warranty, and any liability under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement. All other obligations of liabilities, including liability for special, incidental or consequential damages on the part of Persona Medical, are hereby excluded.

Warranty is not assignable or transferable and is given in lieu of all other express warranties. It may not be extended or modified. Any action against Persona Medical (InEarz Audio) for breach of warranty must be commenced within three months of the expiration of the warranty.

Cord Warranty

  • Cables have a 30 day limited warranty from the date they were shipped from our office.

  • Warranty does not cover physical abuse, misuse, negligence or service performed by anyone else besides InEarz Audio.

  • Product will be replaced at InEarz Audios discretion.

1-Year Fit Guarantee

In the event you feel you need a refit and/or adjustment, contact us, to receive a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA#) Number. Factors such as weight loss, etc. can affect the fit. Should a new fitting be required, we will modify or remake at no charge. In order for us to make good decisions, it is best to send the original impressions back for comparison. In rare instances, a new impression may be required. There is a maximum one year warranty on the fit. Extended warranty does not apply.  You will need to include the following with your return:

  • The RMA # you received from us
  • A copy of the original purchase receipt
  • Indicate uncomfortable area(s) by marking on the product with a permanent pen

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.  We can not be responsible for damages that occur during transit.
